In his new role at Pathfinder Bank, Lacik will promote the Bank in Clay and the surrounding communities and will aid in branch development and relationship building for the Clay Office. Lacik’s duties also include identifying and targeting prospects in order to increase deposits and loans.

Lacik brings with him three decades worth of banking experience. Prior to his time at Pathfinder Bank, Lacik served as Branch Manager and Business Banking Relationship Manager for NBT Bank. He also held the title of Branch Manager for Key Bank and M&T Bank. Lacik is a graduate of Onondaga Community College and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
Lacik serves as the President for the Cicero-Plank Road Chamber of Commerce, is a Board Member for Pitcher Hill Community Church and acts as Treasurer of CNY Referral Network. He is a former board member of the North Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps and the former treasurer and board member of the Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency. Lacik lives in North Syracuse with his wife, Emily, and his six children. In his spare time, Lacik enjoys golfing, watching movies, spending time with his family and traveling.
